I've been doing this for a while...

I've had the privilege of working with a substantial number of clients over the years, and that has resulted in quite an array of sample projects that covers just about every conceivable type. Sometimes my clients let me run wild and a design is entirely my own, other times the customer retains a bit more control and directs my skill more precisely. Either approach can work - the key to making any project a success is simply good communication. Well, okay: good communication and a reasonable budget.

I will admit to a degree of satisfaction when my clients refer to me as a "mindreader", but I never walk into a new project with the assumption that I already know what you need. There's simply no shortcut for taking the time to determine what you want, what you need, and where the intersection of those two points lies.
